Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and organized ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage daily operations in a high-energy, quick-service restaurant, oversee team performance, and maintain a quality customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle dynamic challenges, and a commitment to efficiency and excellent service standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of a college program or specialized training related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required. Equivalent work experience in the food service industry will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the food service sector, including experience in supervisory or management duties.
Language: Proficiency in English.
JOB DUTIES
Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high standards of service and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
Develop and manage staff schedules to align with peak hours and operational demands, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Organize and maintain inventory by tracking supplies and coordinating timely restocks, keeping waste to a minimum.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, creating a safe environment for both customers and employees.
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain consistent quality in food preparation and service, aligning with company standards and customer expectations.
Regularly analyze budget reports to identify ways to boost and maintain restaurant profitability.
